Releases & Representations – Terms & Conditions
By paying fees & submitting images to the #BUORBestShot IG:Contest you are agreeing to the terms and conditions described below. And you agree to be bound by these terms as if entering into a written agreement with BUOR Live and it’s affiliations as provided in the terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
By paying fees and submitting pictures to the #buorbestshot contest you “Stylist/Barber” represent and warrant to BUOR Live (Beauty Under One Roof) “BUOR” that all photograph images submitted in connection with the contest (the”Entry”) constitute is an original work of the Stylist and that the Stylist is free to grant, and does hereby grant BUOR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, right and license to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the Entry into the Contest and promotions of the Contest now and hereafter. The stylist is responsible for any third party persons or items consents releases to permit use of the photograph without compensation from BUOR. ”Stylist” is required to obtained Parental or legal guardian signature is required for minors as that states legal age.
Stylist shall indemnify and hold BUOR (and its officers, directors, shareholders and affiliates, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any losses incurred by the Indemnified Parties as a result of a breach by Stylist of the representations and warranties made in this agreement.
Winners will be announced at BUOR Live Oct 28, 2018 Marriott Westchase 2900 Briarpark Houston, TX and notified via instagram message & phone. Winner must respond within 10 working days after being notified. Entry fee is refundable if photo has not been posted with contest hashtags & seven (7) or less days from payment date. Entry Fee is non refundable if photo has been submitted.
- To enter, go to BUORLive.com & pay the $10 required entry fee for each category you’d like to enter (photo submission). You may enter as many times as you’d like.
- Then simply post on instagram with the hashtag of the category you choose to entry. Plus you MUST use the hashtag #buorlive & #buorbestsh Place All Official hashtags in the CAPTION-Not In The Comments
- All entries MUST BE single photo(s) post NO Video, Slideshow or Carousel post will NOT Be Accepted.
- Download Logo Overlay & place in left or right bottom corner of photo being entered in the contest
- All photos must have been created after May 31, 2019
- Entry Deadline Oct. 1, 2019
